Check-in time in 3:00pm EST and check-out is 11:00am EST however upon request and subject to its availability you may arrange to check in or out at a different time.  Ask the front desk or your Diamond Club™ butler at least 2-days before your departure.

CELEBRATIONS and SPECIAL OCCASIONS

If you are looking to arrange a special event or occasion please inform the resort before you arrive or contact your butler for Diamond Club™ guests. 

CURRENCY/ATM

CHIC Punta Cana offers guests the convenience of an on-site ATM as well as currency exchange services at the Front Desk. 

DIETARY REQUESTS

CHIC Punta Cana offers a gluten free menu at each of its restaurants. Alternatively if you are vegan/vegetarian, have allergies, or other dietary restrictions please notify the resort in advance in addition to your waiter. 

DRESS CODE

We ask guests respect a smart casual dress code in our a la carte restaurants.  Wet clothes, bathing suits or clothing full of sand are not permitted at any time. 

FITNESS CENTER

CHIC Punta Cana’s 5246 sq. ft. health complex includes a state of the art gym and tennis courts to keep you in shape. The gym is conveniently located next to The Royal Spa so you can combine a workout with a sauna session to enhance your routine.

IN-SUITE COFFEE & TEA SERVICE

Brew a morning cup of coffee or tea in the privacy of your room with the convenience of your own machine.

PARKING

Parking is available at no additional cost for guests of the hotel. Kindly note the hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles left overnight.

Service dogs and pets are not permitted at CHIC Punta Cana.

The lobby offers a small shopping gallery where guests can purchase snacks, refreshments and toiletries or medicine they may have forgotten. There is also a souvenir shop or cigar shop for authentic items to take home. 

SMOKING AREAS

Smoking is not permitted in any of the guest rooms or restaurants. You may smoke in designated open-air spaces.

TRANSPORTATION

Visit the NexusTours counter located in the main lobby to arrange transportation or any off-site excursions for an additional cost.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY
